Speechley Property Consultants Limited is owned and operated by Phil Speechley.

Phil is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years experience in the Commercial Property Sector.

During my 17 years’ tenure at KFC I was fortunate to have been given the opportunity to expand on my core Project Management skills, and for 10 years’ worked within the Acquisition team, covering the M25, Central London, East Anglia and Midlands areas.

During my time at KFC having personal involvement in opening over 80 new assets.

With my unique skill set of Development Acquisitions and Project management, I was often development lead on several key business initiatives and ‘special projects’ to develop new asset types, processes and procedures,  leading a development procurement project, to provide new approach strategies, and improved use and efficiency of external contractors and suppliers.

Having left KFC in November 2016, I have now established a successful Property Consultancy, providing both Acquisition and Project Management support services covering the whole development process, from site search, negotiation of terms, Board reports, management of legal and planning process and the project management of new build, fit outs and remodels.
